• Representation in opposition and annulation cases before the Icelandic Patent Office in trademark and design cases
• Complaints to the Consumer Agency in respect of breach of legislation on unfair business terms
• Complaints to domain name dispute resolution bodies, domestic and international
• Petition to customs authorities on suspension of customs procedure of shipments containing counterfeit products
• Proceedings of preliminary injunction cases at the District Commissioner
• Proceedings in law suits on any infringements of IP rights
• Due Diligence work related to transactions on IP rights
• Advising start-ups on IP strategies
• Drafting and negotiating cooperation agreements between enterprises in R&D
