LEX’s lawyers have, for example, litigated cases concerning disputes over land ownership, the utilization of natural resources, zoning plans, as well as cases in the field of Construction, Public Procurement and Tendering law, Real Estate law and Intellectual Property law. Moreover, LEX’s lawyers have written numerous scholarly articles on property rights and contributed to scholarly publications in the field.

Furthermore, LEX’s experts have also been involved in a number of cases that fall within the scope of the Wasteland Act, No. 58/1998, both before the Wasteland Commission and the courts.
